I aim to offer a safe, confidential and comfortable space where you can explore your issues in a non-judgmental environment, where I hope you will feel heard and understood. I have experience working with difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and relationship problems.

I offer Face to Face, Online (via Zoom) and Telephone Counselling. Together we can choose which route to counselling best suits your needs and your preferences.
